The 8-year-old HR executive is the self-proclaimed “backbone” of Alfachrom. As somebody that experienced 24/7 home life long before COVID hit our shores, he understands how to manage the humans who have now joined him remotely. He is known for “sniffing out” areas of slacking and poor performance. “I run a tight ship, an establishment that focuses on top-quality content. Only I understand that employees need to work like dogs to exceed client expectations. My motto is `bite first, bark later.’”
